Today I had to go to the dealer and price out a fog lamp for one of my 06s.

Gravel took one out :{ The price on a new lamp was outrageous about $130. 00. This is funny because for $13. 00 more I can get a kit from the same dealer that has two of the exact same lamps, a wiring harness, switch, and brackets. This just seems wrong! :{

They are a rip off. After breaking 2 of them I found a set of guards from Cloudrider that will prevent more breakage. Up here they are just short of $200. oo with taxes. Ouch!

I had 3m stoneguard on my foglights,they are preformed to fit over the fogs,around $20 bucks and a nice product. I upgraded my foglights bulbs to 80 watts and it started to burn the stoneguard 3m covers,If you stick with the stock foglight bulbs you will be fine. I switched to the cloud-rider design stainless foglight covers,they are around $95 bucks (american). coobie :D

I asked Cloudrider for alot of info on their stainless steel fog light covers, which they supplied very quickly. Price delivered to me in so. California was about $90. 00 U. S. , at the current Canadian/U. S. exchange rate, which I thought was fairly expensive. Also, although Cloudrider said they have not calculated the light loss "delivered to the surface of the road", it appears to be around a 20 to 25 % loss. That's quite a bit.

I have not noticed any light loss with the cloud rider stainless foglight covers. IMHO the $90 bucks is a little pricey but,sure beats the $117 I paid for my foglight replacement. coobie :D

My truck didn't come with them, when I got the truck though I went over to the parts dept. Purchased the oem light as a kit, less the switch. Total was about $146. 00

I looked on cloud riders web site, but they don't have anything listed for fog lamps.

On cloud-rider design site,you have to go to stainless screens and then punch in dodge,scroll down to foglight covers. Hope this helps. coobie :D
