Fog Light Adjustment?

I re-adjusted my fog lights on my 03' a long time ago. I need to redo them, but I forgot what tool I used and where the adjuster was? Has anyone did this lately? Thanks

Torqs bit. Bad spelling. IIRC it is T-20.

The adjustment is in from the front of the bumper next to the lense on the out board side.

The only adjustment is up and down, there is no side to side adjustment.

T20 torx at the center & top of lamp. Clockwise to raise & counter clockwise to lower.
