I haven't been able to turn up anything in the search. Has anyone got any info. on how to configure the Headlights and foglights so I can get foglights and Highbeams at the same time.

I would also like to get some info. /feedback on 9004 bulbs. I purchased a set of "Bright White" 9004 headlight bulbs. They are 85watt low beam and 100watt highbeam. Is this to much current draw for the OEM wiring????? I don't want to risk burning anything up. Thanks for the replies.

Thomas is correct on the link he sent you, I used those instructions and had no problems. As for the over wattage "white" bulbs I don't know. From what I have read on various websites most of the "white" is better is wrong. If you want great bulbs, check out silverstars. .

Also read this article by Daniel Stern, he knows his stuff.

Word of advice..... Even if the wiring and switch are OK, The plug is not. Had a Taurus with the same bulbs as you described and the plug melted right to the bulb. Needless to say I was not happy. Stay away from overwattage bulbs and get a good set of driving lights. You will be happier in the long run. :)

You don't need to add a relay to do this. Cut one wire and your high beam's will never turn off the fog light relay.

The way I read the model year 2000/2001 material in the link there is no relay being added, but rather a relay is removed and a simple jumper installed. Why cut anything?
