Fog light on 3rd Generation Trucks

Is there a way to make the fog lights on a 3rd generation truck come on whenever you want (with low beam, high beams, parking lights, no lights)? I found out here on TDR how to do it on my 2002 and I love it. I have a cousin who just bought a 2003, so I am wondering if the relay removal and jumper wire trick will work on the 2003 as well. He is considering joining TDR, but I told him I would try to find out. I showed him how it was done on my truck and we looked at his, but the relay looked different on his so we weren't sure which connectors to jump. Any help would be appreciated, and would probably help convince my cousin to join TDR.

I would love to know how that would work on a 3G as well. I personaly dont like to use the high beams at all because I can see better with the lows and fogs on at the same time. It would be great to have the fogs be able to stay on with the high beams.
