Just wondering if anyonw else has had this problem. And is there any special Hella lights with protective bars that will fit? Also is there a way to have the fogs on while the brights are as well, I've heard theres a kit to have all the lights come on while the brights are on, including low beams, which makes one hell of a diff.

I had the same problem with stone chips, stopped following so close problem solved. Might not be your problem, just a thought.

My wife had the same problem on her volvo..... road hazards sometimes stink! As far as having fog lamps on with high or low beam. The truck I bought came w/out fog lights so I purchased some from the parts guys the same day. I installed them and instead of drawing power for them from the low beam power lead, I used a spare ignition fuse and now I can turn on just my fogs, fogs/low beam or fogs/high beam. It helps on these dark roads in the Northwest! If you have factory fogs, then the Bright Box is your best bet from what I have read. Good Luck!

Geno's has a headlight shield set, in the printed catalog it's ID #: HDLT-H0716- and says it covers headlight and fog lights.

Online I see ID #: HDLT-0716-DD and it doesn't say anything about fogs, and the picture is a 2nd gen. So it is confusing as to just what is included.

I don't have these, but have been looking at getting some.

I replaced my foglight to the tune off $117 bucks :{ I did a search and found a product called stoneguard,a 3M product. The stoneguard is preformed and molded to fit right over your factory foglights. They cost $19. 95 for a set of two. I have had mine on for about 14 months they have been great. coobie :D

how thick are these and how do they attach? Is it a rigid material or flexible?

The stoneguard is very flexiable,it fits right over the factory fogs. Here is the info I have,www.stoneguard.com.If that does not work call them at this # 1-800-350-4897. Great product IMHO. coobie :)
