My fog lights are not working. The fuse is good. the bulbs are good

I can unplug each connector at the bulb and My test light shows

power at both terminals. Is there a bad ground some its drove Me to drinking,Thank for any help. Is a 99

don't know if this will help

I am looking at my service manual. I took my front bumper off last weekend to install 99 Sport headlights. There is a ground wire that is bolted (13mm) on the driver side bumper brace. (ground problem??) If you can get the clearance from under the truck the lights come off from the rearward side of the bumper. Two nuts on the top side hold the assembly to the bumper. I hope this helps.

Here is the deal Harry

This is on my 96, I hope they are the same.

The fog light switch IS THE GROUND for the fog light relay. If the switch is good then the relay must be bad. Or wires?

Jay

P. S. Those relays are all the same, switch the high beam relay with the foglight relay and see if the problem switched too!

Oops

I blew it. If you have power at the connector ( in my service manual it is C105 ) And your indicator light is on, your relay is functional and the likely culprit is the ground.
