It says that is a custom mount so I assume he had a stereo shop build it (or he built it himself). If you want to keep the load floor, you'll have to build your own (or have it built) so that the speaker stays lower than the floor. Let me know how it turns out. I was I was going to take mine out, but I've used it more than I thought I would.

It shouldn't be that difficult to make yourself if you have the time, abilities and tools. You can call the manufacturer of the sub to find out how much volume the "box" needs to accomodate and go from there.

Do you remember waaaay back in school when every kid was asking why in the world they needed to learn math?? I'll bet that if High School teachers used more real-world practical examples like building the right sized box for your subwoofer, a lot more kids would pay attention to geometry! :)

It's JL Audio's Stealthbox made specifically for that vehicle. Go to their website and look it up under stealthboxes.

It can't be used with the folding floor, though. (Step 1 of their instructions-- Remove folding floor extension if equiped)

Also on JL Audio's site is a chart for each speaker that will give you the amount of space needed in a ported or unported config for each size speaker. I am still trying to figure out how to put mine in that center console storage area in the bottom of the seat. Kinda harder in the third gens than my buddies with the seconds and older. I was looking at that rear storage hole, but wonder if it will make the floor rattle. Not the stealth box, since you lose the floor. Anybody do either of these?
