Fold Flat Storage

I have a fold flat storage out of a 2004. I just want to confirm that it will fit a 2006 Quad Cab. I think it will but just want to make sure. I have one for sale, and don't want to sell it to someone and have it not fit. No, I'm not trying to sell it here, in fact already have buyer. Just want the "warm fuzzy," so-to-speak.
