Early '01 for sale - took delivery in April or May of 2000. 435,000 miles, FASS fuel pump, Van Aaken box, boost fooler, 5 speed with coolers - never opened, exhaust brake. Engine is very good - maybe a quart of oil in 6 or 7000 miles, 17.85 mpg average for the first 300,000 miles, and doesn't seem to have gone down. Well, the wife shot me down on this project. Too much going on.

So, I asked Ray if he'd like me to post the pics he sent me and some of the details, so here goes.

The engine is great, doesn’t use oil, and runs very well. Starts well, although I plug it in when it is down toward zero. It will start below zero when I’m at work without fail. I'd drive it anywhere, except for voltage regulator. Body is shot. VP44 was replaced @ 200K with a "Heavy Duty" unit. Clutch has been replaced three times. Ball Joints and tie rod ends have been replaced. FASS pump is the big one with filters, not the DDRP. All fluids have been changed in transmission, transfer case, and axles as well as the coolant every 100K miles.

Also forgot to mention - CB, rails for detachable gooseneck hitch or fifth wheel plate and the gooseneck hitch included as well as steel toolbox. I also have a aluminum fabricated shelf that bolts in place of the rear seat included if someone can use it.

Truck is sold - picked up today and headed for new home. It has been one h___ of a good truck!
