For those That Run Donaldson ELF Oil Filters

Just an FYI; they're changing part numbers, and apparently the color too. Went from ELF7349 (black/gold) to DBL7349 (blue/light blue). Reason is, their fuel filters are gonna feature the black/gold color scheme now. So basically a swicheroo with the color scheme.

It's still the same filter, just a different but prettier color. (am I allowed to say prettier on a diesel forum?)

Per the link above Donaldson Blue made the announcement in 2014. I order my filters from filterspro.com and have received the blue filters the last two orders which date back 10-12 months.

Does the ELF 7349 work on 6.7 L cummins as well?

yes. same filter from the 5.9's to now. i have on on my 6.7.
