FORD 3.6 ECOBOOST.....why hasn't it

A good friend of mine had a machine shop. I'd hang out nights and weekends assembling engines, etc. We were doing a 390 for a guy, and he had his little boy, probably 8 years old, with him. The guy was asking about the different series Ford engines, and asks what does FE stand for, and without hesitation the little guy says, "Fast Engine!". We laughed our azzes off.

It's imperative that this stuff gets passed on!

So true. So many kids today, my son included, couldn't give a rat's patootie about this stuff. I just can't understand it.

I blame it on the video games and the computers. My nephews couldn't turn a wrench if you paid them. My oldest daughter has some limited interest in building things and working on projects, but nothing like what were like as kids.
