I watched a Ford senior master tech replace all eight 6.0 injectors in 1 hour 17 min start to finish. Truly remarkable, he claimed it to be the 433rd set he had changed....keeps track of all his work in a journal.

Is that the sen'or master tech all over u tube? I studied his 6.4 cab off before I did mine. he's good, but you'd be too if that's all you did- and lots of 'em!

No this guy is local up here in Washington. At a dealer near me. Been at the trade many years and pretty much only works on diesels now.

He said he has spent about $4,000 on tools perfecting his Powerstroke attack setup. I watched a Torqshift transmission come out of a F-550 4x4 in under 30 min while he was eating a sandwich. Scary good. BUT....he has had plenty of practice.

S.morris, the cab dosent need to come off for a lot of these operations. Purely symantecs, I went to a Ford school at a dealer, and they had a 6.4 apart. Motor through the front. The cab couldn't come off. It was a bachelor party bus where the body goes over the cab. YIKES!
My job allows me to work like a professional SOME TIMES. that was one of the times.
