Recently purchased a new ford. Any suggestions for a good web site similar to tdr?

Powerstroke.org is one of the few.......don't get your hopes up though. The ford guys are all too proud to admit to any of the problems so you'll be on your own for the most part. There are a few good ford independent repair shops that can shed light when you need it

I'll take that as their so good because the FMC tests are thorough, they won't break down, when they release them for sale. :-laf:-laf:-laf:-laf

I would have expected it from anyone else but your from Missoula Mt. for Christ Sake!!! Did the water supply get tampered with down the mountain? are the Commies in a town forcing you to make this change.

Just kidding around, Good Luck a Close friend has one of the supposedly bad years of Ford and its been a good truck for him.

Look at the Sunrise Saloon website does it look like they would have any Crystal in that place? :-laf

They have a little video that says " Where the sidewalks end and the West begins " We changed that to where the sidewalks end and the cowboys start crawling!!

I can hit the high notes!!! just have to tighten up the vise grips a little tighter and clamp them on the testicles at just the right time Oo.

He must of bought an used 7.3, as that is the last good powerjoke made! Lets see GM or Ford with CP4-2 or RAM with CP3????? To GM's credit they are not blaming the user for $10-11K fuel system failures like Ford is doing.

Pretty easy choice for most! RAM IT!

Damb straight! I own a '92 f250 7.3 IDI Turbo Diesel. Just put brand new 2016 Hercules 901 H tires on it. 14 steel ply H tires!! He's (I'm a woman so of course my truck is a 'he,') overloaded about 2000#'s hence why I put H tires on it that are rated to over 4000 lbs each. And he still purrs like a kitten asking for more weight. Of course, I take pristine care of my monster, and if he ever has so much as a sniffle, it goes to the dr immediately.

But heck ya! The old fords are the dream! Except I have rarely found help on that diesel website bc apparently women shouldn't be able to talk 'trucks' let alone know the exact code # of leaf springs, or know what a limited slip w/4.1 ratio axle is, or what type of vacuum brake system is on it etc etc.

I have questions so I came here. I know I can't get any mechanical questions answered here, but I came to this site regarding being overweight and the overall consensus regarding that.

I suggest you go to the towing/hauling forum and post what you drive/tow and why you think it is overweight, you will get some feedback
