Help, I am trying to save my truck

Hi eveyone!

Here we go - I have the Ford (92 f350 CC) and the engine (1996 12v/215hp) hopefully is on it's way and is a good one.

I have tried to contact a couple of people that have Fords with Cummins and have not gotten a response.

I have purchased the conversion pamphlet from FordCummins and have found it mostly a guideline. There is some good information but you will find missing items like what year of Dodge motor mount donuts do you use or what about the WIF and Fuel Heater wiring (still unknown). They are willing to talk to you but there conversion seems incomplete or as they stated "You don't need that hooked up". There is also some not so clear stuff.

Our local Ford dealers are of no help either even though they they sell the f650-750 with a Cummins. Dearborn is worse and just tell you to contact the local dudes. What happen to folks knowning about the products they sell - DUH

SO - I'm going for it with one eye closed and the other one blind.

I will keep a diary/manual so that others might benefit from my mistakes. Hope to have the FrankenDiesel fired up before Christmas.

Look up CPFF in the TDR members, he has installed a CTD in a Ford, and is very knowledgable!
