Fords new IDEA

We have seen and heard and maybe own a newer vehicle that will parallel park you, well Ford now is developing or has already developed a trailer backing software to make parking your travel trailer a lot more easy. Just turn the knob to what you want it to do and let it do its own thing. This I read in the current Trailer life Magazine. Nov. issue
Pretty soon we'll be able to this tell the vehicle where to go, we'll just fly to that destination and move in. Automation in action. Something else to go wrong.

Well, you know they need to help those Ford drivers out all they can, after all they bought Fords, they must only be about 50 watts in the brightness socket.

Autonomous cars are already here and on the road in the testing phase. Tesla has been working extensively on the programming along with their electric vehicles. Uber, which is a national transportation company, is also heavily investing in autonomous cars.

this is going to make for a much less entertaining time at the boat launch ramp... I love watching people attempt to back down with a trailer and end up in the parking lot instead
