If you read my post below about my mishap with my front end, you'll see that problem. Just got back from picking my truck up from the DEALER, York Dodge in Prescott, Arizona. Had the front end aligned, and also asked them to check the fuel pressure, as it had been starting hard. Well, got a call back that my truck was ready, and that the FP was giving very odd readings with the most consistent being 5 PSI at idle, so, without even calling and asking me, they replaced it for free! I was all Oo.
Oo.
When he told me that, since I have had my Comp on there. It wasn't on the truck while at the dealer, but it was pretty obvious on the pump wire that it had been connected. Anyway, these guys have treated me right twice now, specifically Joe, the service manager. He's a good guy.
Now I'm not so worried about getting my FP gauge installed, although it will be in this week. Maybe the lift pump was the problem with the truck pulsating under heavy acceleration?!
Later, Josh.
