My local dealership seems to deserve their 5-star rating. They fixed my truck right the first time. When it took a couple of extra hours, the service writer called my house and offered to deliver a loaner vehicle to my home if I wanted it. They were very apologetic that it took them longer than they predicted.
When I went to pick it up, the service writer told me that he had spent about 10 minutes checking my truck over looking for grease prints, smudges, etc... He said " We know what kind of customer you are, and we wanted to make sure that everything was up to your expectations. "
When I bought the truck, there was a problem with the spray-in bedliner that they installed. After I ripped the sales manager a new A$$hole, they fixed it perfectly. I guess the sales manager recognized the truck when I brought it in and warned the service department. They couldn't have been nicer.
