When I bought my truck without a jack. Seeing all diesel jacks go on ebay for $60 and gassers go for $20. I just never parted with some money until now.

I went to a local military vehicle show... the one vender had some jacks. I gave them a once over but I couldn't find a rating. I asked "what are these rated for?" ans: they will lift a duce and a half, so I figured it will lift that dodge... . and I paid him $15, after a hagle. It is a big sissors with an extra base plate welded on the bottom (7" x 12"). The height range from 6" to 23". It also has a 1" ACME threaded rod and a strong keeper. The one piece handle is about 4' long. He had a pile of them. A little spray lube and it's like new. I love mil surplus...

Careful that jack is made for the smaller truck's, IE the older jeep's they use a bottle jack for anything bigger then a jeep
