Passenger side carpet stays soaked. Thought I had the infamous cowl crack, so I yanked the hood and the fender... NO CRACK!!!!! :{

Out comes the house, water pours in around the heater core. So into the shop and a can of Latex expanding foam to the rescue!!!!

dude, you poured a house on your heater core - what'd you use for a funnel??? :-laf :D

That's good info - I wouldn't have thought about the heater core seal. Let ys know how the expanding foam works. Is that stuff good for a water tight seal? I'm not looking forward to sealing the 4-door, so this info'll come in handy.

I just had a satisfying weekend of home maint. It's just not the same thing though :(

This afternppn however, I did install some marine use silicone sealant into my gutter in hopes to stop the H2O seeping down along my A-Pillar gauges. Time will tell.
