It's time to replace some aging Rancho 9000's. Does anyone have any experience with the Fox IFP 2.0 shocks? I've read alot of positive reviews on this site about the Bilstein 5100's and I'm leaning towards them. My truck's a daily driver with very occasional hauling of machinery or 30' RV trailers and some occasional off roading.

I got the Fox 2.0 with Remote Reservoir and 9-clic Adjuster in my Ram - worth every single Penny. Rides like a charm.

It depends, the Foxs wont be any better unless they are valved properly, thats where I would call Thuren fabrications, dont bother with his website its outdated, for the best price and performance, or Carli suspension.

Definitely agree with calling and speaking specifically to YOUR needs. I meddled with off the shelf shocks for years and they sucked. Made one phone call to Don and my truck rode completely different. I'm going to be back in a third gen in a couple years and the first thing i'm doing is getting the suspension right the first time.

Seeing as there have been a lot of very informative shock threads lately about the inner workings of shocks as well as application, I thought this thread would help people in selection of shocks without cluttering up zukizzy's thread. Hopefully he, blaine, tjdualsport and a few others will chime in.
