OK so it's been a month of gathering all the info and reading over and over!! At last I can finally install my gouges!! Maybe(LOL) One last question is for those of you who have mounted your mechanical Fuel Pressure gauge in the a pillar!! Can it be done? Is there a best position in the triple pod? top, mid, bot? Any tricks to fitting all that wiring and tubing in that area? All advise is welcome!! But I must say I have them mounted in the pillar sitting next to my CPU... Hmmm Will I void my CPU warranty if I BOMB it!!!!! Thanks guys!!! Hopefully my next post will from the dark side!! HE HE!!Oo.

I just mounted one in the top hole of the pillar in a customers truck, SS braided line also, the line is tight but it fits. I used a 45* fitting on the back of the gauge. Have fun.

I also have a mechanical fuel pressure gauge with a ss braided line mounted in the bottom hole of a 3 A pillar pod. I didnt use a 45, though I probably should have. It fits fine, but it would have made the initial install easier.

I used the original a pillar and cut holes in it to pass all the connections through. Then I double sticky taped the front of the oem to the back of the pod. I ran all my wires and lines and then snapped the assembled oem/pod "sandwich" into place. There is about a dozen different ways to do the pod install, this just seemed to work the easiest for me. Routing the braided line down through the corner of the dash, through the fuse panel, and out into the engine compartment was a PITA. You may find an easier way. I'll see if I can post some pix.
