I won a Air Dog Raptor kit @ a local TDR meeting last weekend, and was wondering where you guys that are running these FASS/Air Dog kits are tapping into the system for your FP gauges?

I know with the stock lines/system guys just drill & tap the banjo bolt @ the P7100. Well now that fitting as well as the ones at the top of the filter house are getting changed out. So just curious where to tap into for a gauge.

i used a t-fitting that is inline with the line going into the injeciton pump. it has push lock fitting for the fuel lines, and the bottom of the "T" has a 1/8" pipe thread fitting, where i have a electronic fuel pressure sender for the autometer 0-100psi gauge mounted in the truck. ill try and snap a picute of the setup here in a little bit.

Mark...

Here is a thread which was done a while ago on fuel pressure gauges in 12v's which I posted the shots of mine in from my FASS.

https://www.turbodieselregister.com...discussions/187499-gauge-mount-selection.html

The pressure for my FASS is taken at the FASS motor and then run to the remote mount which is shown in the thread above. Its then fed through pushlok hose and run to the remote mounted sender for my Stewart-Warner electric 100psi FP gauge. The part the sender is mounted into is something that EEP uses when they do their gauge installs on FASS systems.
