FP Guage Fitting Help Needed

Hey guys, I can't seem to be able to find the right pieces to install my FP guage no matter what I do.

Can someone give me descriptions of fittings that I need to run my set-up?

Geno's Billet Fuel-Filter cap into...

Diaphragm isolator, and out to gauge (Di-Pricol)
