WOW - 12 cylinder WORKING diesel that fits in your hand!!!

The only filter I ever had fail me was a Fram PH8A. Its supposed to be a high flow, high performance filter when used on an aircooled VW engine. I burst that thing right open. Never had trouble when using a purolator or K&N filter on that car.

Im sure they do, but past personal experiences have me completely turned off to anything FRAM. Even when the opprtunity arises that I find myself looking at a used vehicle/equipment... If its got a Fram filter, I move on to the next unit!.

I am the same way about anything build, branded, or sold by GM. Not because of bailouts, but how they treated me on an unsafe brand new car back in the early 90's...

The MAC Tools guy just got put on this list as well...

At last some one that holds a grudge like I do. GM burned me on two cars in the late 80s, NEVER AGAIN. I wont even ride in a GM rig. .

Unfortunately it is one of my many faults. .

I'm not trying to hijack the Fram thread... but I too have been burned by GM... of the four chevy trucks that I have owned, the best, most reliable of them was the LUV Truck (imported by Chevy, built by Isuzu). I had two 93 half ton pickups, the first was Lemon Law'd and the second was traded in for my Dodge after a year. The last chevy was my 6. 5 liter diesel suburban. I miss that one to a point. If only the Injection Pump didn't fail faster than I can change my underwear... LOL
