I'm not sure but it seems like the amount of oil coming out the blowby hose has increased since installing the Frantz filter. My truck is an early 24V and the blowby tube is on the left rear of the engine and the return line from the filter is into the valve cover just to the rear of the filler cap. Do any of you engine experts see any logical reason for this?

I have a bottle on the hose and can see the accumulation. I have disconnected the filter to check this out. If it checks out to be true I think I'll try to hook the return line to the turbo oil return. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks, Tom

It is possible that your return line is creating a mist or vapor if it is spraying onto the valve train.

It doesn't sound like a good idea of moving the return line to the turbo return line since their is still pressure at that point and there might be potential of pushing oil the wrong direction. Have you considered the return going into the side of the oil pan?
