I think he ought to write a LONG letter. Maybe get his nine bills back and buy one of them go cart things from Tractor Suppy for exta transportation.

oh yea I probably should tell you dan I have been sending you response emails. i just didn't jump straight to TDR this morning. I jumped straight for the email and the PM's then a few other posts since I thought nothing helpful would be here. but yeah I will check back on this thread on top of the other contacts.

Maybe you should call the police and have them pickup the shotgun.

Im in a better mood right now since Its a new day and Dan got me off to a better start by being able to contact him. as for turning the shotgun over to the local police I will make sure its unloaded. and since I don't have a phone but the neighbors do and I'll make sure to wave it around out front. No I'm joking. Shooting stuff is a stress reliever for me and always has been since young but in recent years I have found a good burn out in the driveway or backyard always cheers me up!!!

Just so you know I got a PM from Dan or Joe, not for sure but, I tried to email him back and something is definately wrong with the email account or there was something wrong? My email kept getting kicked back to me?

Just a thought and they might want to check up on their account or talk to their provider.

No actually I just got tired of getting no where. Dan never did solve my problem. Finally someone came over to the house to check if I was still alive and I got a ride to the nextel store and got a new phone. 1st Call went to PPE, I asked for Dan and he had the day off. I talked to a few guys and finally I found THE MAN. Andrew knew immediately something was not right with the PPE product and charged me a $250 core fee and sent me a new PPE set in recovery mode. I immediately noticed a difference in the product that I originally recieved and the 2nd one PPE shipped me overnight. The original PPE must have had a software problem since this PPE responded to the buttons I pushed (1st one did it what it wanted if I recall), then this PPE went to screens I had never seen before with the original. This PPE took 8 minutes to download vs the original which I though it was downloading but aperently wasn't cuz it need to go from the disclaimer screen to the Downloading percent screen although i waited several hours.

But anyways yes I got the truck running thanks to Andrew "the man" at PPE. I did get frustrated and walked to my buddies house a few times to get it towed (later found out they were on a trip in NC for a few days) to the dealer for dodge to reflash. I also had transmission problems a long time before the PPE. Finally after installing the PPE I did finish off the transmission which I honestly have been wanting to do for some time now so i had reason to upgrade. I just didn't expect to melt it down while on the a trip across state. When I went inside the transmission I did find out a dealer had been in the transmission before and it was not just some transmission shop. I could tell this by the way the work was done inside and reinstalling the transmission before I removed it and the fact that alot of transmission shops pretty much force the customers into valve body work to make it live longer. on a estimate I would assume the transmission was rebuilt between 28 and maybe 40 thousand miles. I can assume these numbers from a few of the parts that are telling me stories and the background I know of the previous owners usage and reason he traded in the truck.
