You may want to clarify whether it is the hard plastic liner or the rubber pad that covers just the bottom.

Jay, I don't think you'll have much luck here, the liners are just to big to ship anywhere. Best bet is a local newspaper that has free ads for items to give away. That's how I got rid of mine, the guy that took it made it into a dog shelter.
