I am currently running Bully Dog 2 injectors. Smokes just like a freight train and leaves a constant haze while driving. Any one with first hand experiance have knowledge of the amount of smoke reduction if I went to dd2's ?( pecentage reduction guess) I am currently using my DD TT box on the timing only setting.

I have the DD2's

And relatively little smoke. I put a switch on my EZ and on setting one I get a burst of smoke on hard take off till spool up. On three I can leave a pretty good cloud. Doesn't seem to be to hazy once the turbo is up and pumping.

What size turbo do you have? What's your boost like? Altitude? Right foot pressure?

I can't imagine the difference would be that great between the 2 injectors. They add about the same amount of fuel. I would look at adding more air before I swapped injectors.

my truck does an impression of a tractor tire on fire and being fanned by a jumbo jet. :D

it sounds like you should tune out some or your smoke, if you can. I have Bully dog 4's and they CAN smoke, but i also can make it not smoke. if I keep my foot out of it at low rpm's.

I have DD2s and alone they smoke very little. Off boost they do but once it kicks in, you cannot see any smoke whatsoever.

With the Bullydog CPC on they do make a little visible smoke even with boost up, but barely noticeable. Unless the weather is hot then it is more noticeable.

I have BD 3s" they smoke at will (which is usually quite often, especially when a blue hair express is stopped next to me at a light):D :D :D , play with your box settings, and keep your foot out of it till the turbo spools like 10psi
