so its friday night,and what am i doing ? pulling out my trans,thats what. listening to xm top tracks and working on my truck. hope this trans i built up works as expected. triple plate converter,six pinion planets front to rear,extra clutches in the main box,new style single clutches in od section,kevlar bands,a sonnax sure cure shift kit,dtt band apply servo,etc... . just having dinner,only the trans left to come out. hope your having as good a time as i am. later,john

good luck. sounds like a pretty well built trans.

thanks. trans shifts a bit early,need to do some adjustments. the converter is much better than the stock unit. some fine tune adjustments and hopefully all will be ok.

Glad to hear you got it back in. Please fill in your sig. so we know what year and mods your running.

Good luck with the early shift, i have tried two different valvebodies on mine and still get early shifts. This seems to be a common problem on 47re's
