$13,500 is all there giving him... . OUCH. Its a quad cab 4x4 sport auto with mostly empty highway miles on it. Somebody is going to get a nice babied truck when that gets swept up. It'll be interesting to see how much the dealer marks it up.



With around 10k in kickbacks on the 04's he decided he'd better jump on it.

Even though the kickbacks make for a good deal, they also drive the price of used trucks down. You can buy them cheaper which makes them worth less.

Like most people I know, he doesn't have enough patience to deal with selling a vehicle outright. Thats how the dealers can give you so much less I guess.

I was shopping around recently and basically $16K is how much they said my trucks trade-in value was with 68K miles. And I still have it because I value it more than that!
