Got one this winter from my g/f (now, we were on a 6 month split then, after 2. 5 years together)... she was house sitting down the road from me and asked if I could come "start her a fire. " If that isn't an inuendo (sp? ) I don't know what is!

I've come to these conclusions in my short life:



1. 95% of women seem to (or just do) want men mostly or only for their money.



2. The other 5% are taken, usually by guys who don't deserve them.



3. NEVER get married without a pre-nup (or at least i wont--i've seen too many divorces near me).

I absolutely did read the entire first page, and the second and the third. I was still a little shocked that the kid even typed the paragraph I partially quoted. I just got back from 9 straight hours of class, I am in the process of writing an english paper right now, then I have a 3 hour meeting to go to at 7. PLUS, it's my 21st birthday. I worked full time before going back to college, I put far more work into college then I ever did into work (not saying I never worked at my job)



Much like XcX doesn't appreciate people busting on him for stupid stuff I really don't appreciate his attitude towards "all college students his age"

Ya, Good point. I'm sick of all these dip****s at my college brag about ohh I got a 4. 0 gpa. But when you hand them a car to do a simple oil change, they mess it up. They complain about how their security blanket aka Cell phone is dirty under the screen, they cant figure out how to take it apart and clean it... Their car doesnt start and they don't know their head from their a$$. Book smarts is only part of it, but common sense means much more... . Also, a person that got a degree with a 4. 0 is just as good as someone who got a 3. 0gpa in college. There is much more than just mindless math problems and essays! :-{} :-{}

Just an FYI, my major is diesel tech/ tech management, for the most part, all of my classes have been diesel related in my first 3 semesters. So if a lab grade doesn't indicate being more than book smart in your mind, I don't know what does.

I would not worry too much about GPA, just finish and get your degree, that's the biggest thing. No one I have ever interviewed with cared what my GPA was.

XCX, what is your schedule? how can you work full time, part time, and go to school full time? I went at night for many years to get my BA in computer science, I was only working 40 hours a week at the time, now 10 years latter I look back on it and have no idea how I did it, I know I could not do it now.
