Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Front axle bolt torque

Can someone tell me the correct torque for the front axle bolts that hold the rotors on (1 11/16 bolts). I had a hell of a time getting them off and I didnt torque them down just tightened them down very firmly and installed the cotter pin.
