I installed a new Carli suspension a month or so ago and just recently found my front axle vent hose laying across the differential. I see there is a retaining clip mounted to the frame, and there is also a clip mounted to the top of the hose but it isn't connected. I'm sure the extra travel in the front end yanked it loose. The problem is I don't know where the top of the hose originally mounted, if anybody can give me a description or (better) snap a picture I'd appreciate it. I know it doesn't really matter where it is located but I'd like to put it back the way it was...with a little more slack in the hose. This is for the 06 in my sig.

I "THINK" it clips to the shock tower, can't remember which side. I'll look tonight if you don't have a better answer by then.

Make sure the little plastic check valve is still present in the outer end of the hose. Mine mounts to the side facing the rear of truck, near the top of the shock tower.

Look straight down along the inside edge of battery, next to the positive terminal. Driver side. Mine looks like there is not a lot of slack for any increased suspension

travel. I am not sure of the inner/ outer hose dimensions, but I would just remove it and bring it to Napa and buy some more by the foot.

The stock one was attached to a clip that snaps onto a relief opening of the shock tower. You can attach the new one anywhere that is up high and out of the way.

Thanks gentlemen. I reattached the hose to the shock mount but I'm clearly going to need a longer hose as there is very little slack in it. Easy fix.
