Personally, I wouldn't waste the money. My warranty expired the second I hooked up my Banks tuner (had 89K on it then). I've got 150K+ and the only things that I have had to fix/replace are things that a warranty wouldn't cover anyway. So I'd save the money to buy good replacement parts (ball joints, u-joints, sway bar link ends, etc. ) for when you will need them. Just MHO.
