2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission front axle vent tube

I noticed the hose coming from the axle vent tube nipple is getting chaffed from rubbing on the cover.



Anyone done a fix or something to re-route this hose away from the diff.

Why did Dana start putting these on the cover?my old 2001 did not have a vent tube (I don't think).

Hey Phil, Your 01 had a vent tube. It was in a different place than your 02. I don't know why they put it in the cover for the 02. Thats where mine is. Jeff
