Front brake sticking

My ques. is after a 2500 mile trip pulling a 7500# RV there is a accumulation of rusty brown dusty residue on the front drivers side rim. I also felt a distinct pulling when coming to a complete stop while towing on this trip. It did it quite a bit but not all the time. Is it possible the caliper was sticking?Truck is a 98. 5 ClubCab 4x4,5 speed,3. 52 rear LSD,with only 22k miles. It's like new. I have until Oct. on 3yr. /36k warr. Is this a common prob. ?Any input is greatly appreciated. I going to my dealership Mon. to have my center console top replaced... yeah. . broken hinge.

Its probably the caliper pins. The caliper is supposed to float on them. If it hangs up on one or both, you can get brake pull. Your truck seems to new to have a frozen caliper, but its possible.
