2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission front brakes

Time for front rotors and brakes,,,been checking past threads and see I need some special tools. I guess I need a 15mm-12point socket. Is this available at Sears? Any other "stuff" that comes to mind would sure help me. You can pound out the wheel studs with a hammer,,,can you resuse them or should I get new ones? Napa has the rotors and pads in stock, are they pretty good quality, or maybe recommend other brands? Thanks guys.

My neighbor(another 99 owner) and I have had great luck with Napa's rotors and drums. After talking with the in house machinist at napa we had them lightly trued and they worked out great. We've gotten better service life our of their replacement products than Mopar's.
