Front Bumper Removal

Has anyone ever removed the front bumper? Difficult or not. I need to mount something inside/behind the bumper and it won't fit through the bumper slot.

Yes, it's easy.

If you're happy with the current alignment of the bumper, mark the location of the bumper on the brackets and frame with a magic marker before you remove the bumper. Installation will be a lot easier.
