Archived Front bumper replacement

I am looking for a full front bumper replacement. Something along the line of a Buckstop or Ranch hand. For a 04 3500. I've called both company's and was told it would take 6-8 weeks at least. I don't have that much time. My truck is my bussniss. I hit a deer a week ago and need to replace the front bumper and many other parts. Does anyone know where I can find one faster?
