Front bumpers......

I did business with Kennesaw Mountain Accessories http://www.kenmtn.com and I wish I never did.



I bought two stainless bumpers from them and they are complete junk. Weld quality is horrible, and they are not the best fitting or looking things I have ever seen. To top it off, they are rusty!! I have spent well over 20 hours grinding/polishing and installing these things and I'm still not done. I had to drill all mounting holes (keep in mind this is 304 stainless... . ) and even then I still had to tweak them just to make them fit due to improperly spaced mounting brackets.



If anyone wants details - I'd be more than happy to expand on this... .

Oh, you know, the usual - Ford's, Chevy's, and an occasional Honda or Toyota. But sometimes I don't notice due to thier size so I don't keep track of those. :-laf

Not that it matters much, just a chance to show it off. I built my own custom front bumper. I build custom bumpers for 3/4 - 2 ton trucks (any make / model) but it takes quite a bit of lead time.

Not that it matters much, just a chance to show it off. I built my own custom front bumper. 3/16" plate skin, 2" x 1/4" square tubing skeleton, and 1/2" T1 plate mounting bracket and winch mount.
