I just replaced my front cover and crank seal, cleaned every thing up, drove it, still is leaking oil up front. looks to be coming from between cover and p/s housing. what do i have to do to fix this leak? i should have taken housing off and changed that gasket too, but had no idea how to get all those gears off. any idea's?

It's leaking behind the alumanum gear caseing and a head of your engine block, because the two metals expand and contrat at defernet temps. , and you will have to pull the cam. Yes it is a big job. If you plan to do it your self, buy a Dodge repair manual for your year truck and it will walk you throw it, plus the manual will be a helpful tool for all your dodge repairs. They only cost about $100 to $120 at your local dealer. Good Luck

Vacuum pump to gear housing leaks are common at least on the trucks I have dealt with. I just pulled mine and used a little RTV on both sides of the original gasket and it has been good for probably over 150k miles. I put a new gasket on my cousin's '97 with a new vacuum pump and it leaked so did the same RTV trick to it and it's all good now too.
