Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) front drive shaft

I'm curious guys, should my front drive shaft be able to spin when in park T-case in 2H???? I can't remember but I,m sure my old truck would. I had my truck in 4H about a week ago don't know if it did'nt disengage or if I'm just off my rocker!!!

I think D. C. removed the axle disconect in the last few years. If so the shaft is solid to the wheels.

front axle

Mine does not turn by hand since the axle shafts and all that stuff is now permanently connected. No more CAD system on these '02 trucks:{. I kinda liked the '01 I had 'cause it had the CAD.
