Can anyone recomend an alignment shop in the atlanta ga. Area

that knows what to do with dodge trucks?

I had new upper and lower moog greasable ball joints and frt axle shaft u joint installed last week and an alignment done but i cannot keep the truck in 1 lane--all over the place--was not that way before

2001. 5 4x4 quad cab lb 11000# + gvw

Mark read and print this link and take it back to the shop and show the guy what you want, I followed the specs last summer with my alighnment shop and my truck drives pretty good it did take 2 times into the shop to get it right though.

Ram steering specs

We use Atlanta Safety Brake located on Brady Ave in downtown Atlanta. They have a large rack that can hold our trucks with no problem, (Johnny is the owner), their phone number is 404-875-0482

Thanks for the response--I printed out the ram steering specs and took them to the shop that did the 1st alignment--very hostile-didnt like being shown that someone else knew what they were doing--Told me that it was non adjustable from the factory---Got $ back and will make an apointment with Atlanta Safety Brake

Thanks to all

I was going to ask the exact same question and found this thread. I clicked the link to the ram steering specs but can access it here from work. Does it have 2wd specs on it as well.

I have a 01 2500 2wd quad with 137k miles on it. I just replaced the pitman arm to get rid of some loosenness. The last owner had an alignment done and the steering wheel was not centered before they did the toe so its crooked and drives me nuts.

I got my alignment done at Joey Watkins tire and auto. They have 2 locations and I used the one in Winder. The alignment tech is name Red (yes that is his real name) and he has been doing alignments for a long time. He knows the Dodges and even has a 3500 diesel himself.

He got my wheel perfectly straight and the truck drives like brand new. They have a really nice big clean shop and I got a set of Michelin LTX MS2 while I was there. Their prices were better than at Sams where I usually get all my tires.

Here is the Winder location phone number (770) 307-0990.

Very pleased with their work and will go back to them when the Jetta needs tires/alignment.
