OK I'll try this again. Those of you running 315/75/16 with rubbing problems against the links, are you running the stock 5 3/4" back spaced alloys. Or are you running an aftermarket wheel with 4. 5" back space. I'm trying to decide on wheel and tire combo's and wether or not I need to get the longer links to put my front axle back to where is suppose to be. With the level kit my axle has dropped back so you lose a little clearance towards the back of wheel well and you move 1/2 or so to driver side. I don't really want my tires to rub so just trying to gain a little more clarification on this. Also with the level kit, 4. 5 back space, and 315/75/16 do you rub your wheel well towards the back without longer links? Hope everyone can figure out what I'm asking here. I am purchasing the DT trac bar to bring my axle back over, and thinking about there longer links, has anyone used these yet? Who else make longer links SKJ, DT, Rancho????? Any help would be great thanks... ... ...

315s on STOCK alum wheels, stock suspension - rubbing at full lock. Can't remember if it's upper or lower control arms that are the problem. I have been told that the leveling kit will eliminate the rubbing at full lock but I'm not sure I believe it.

I've got 315's on 16x10 aftermarket wheels with skyjacker D25 coils. The tires rub slightly on the rear of wheel well on full turn. When I had the 315's on the factory alloys they rubbed on the lower link on full turn with taller coils.

I'm looking into longer links also, maybe DT. I know Rancho links are the same length as stock. I had a Rancho 3" kit on my 97 gasser.

Hope this helps you out,

Nathan

The rubbing is just an inconvenience. I would absolutely put 315s back on.

315's for Mike in Maine

Since I started this post a long time ago I have put 315's on and yes I would put them on again only with the mods to my suspension or else they would not fit.

315's

My truck has 315's on the stock alloys on it, both with the stock springs and with Skyjacker D25's. The tires will rub on the control arms either way. as to putting 315's on it again, just try to stop me!
