front end leveling

does anyone have info on leveling the front end of our trucks, and what the best product is? i have a 2wd but like the looks of how high the 4wd sits in the front... .

is new spings enough, or do i need a leveling kit?

I just did this with the Tuff-Country 2" leveling kit. Scroll down to my 3-22 post "Leveling kit and Bilsteins".

I'm not sure if the 4x2's are raked as much as the 4x4's. If you want a true level look, you might check to be sure you wouldn't end up with too much lift in the front.

You can buy the bilsteins at almost any large parts store. Bilstein part number BE 2549,and BE 2550. www.bilstein.com

FF1381:

The Bilsteins won't lift your truck. They are an excellent, expensive shock absorber though and probably well worth the money.
