Yet another front end noise, I know...
I recently upgraded the front end with KORE springs, Bilstein shocks, new steering setup from Source (including pitman,) Bilstein steering damper and MAXXLinks on the sway bar ends.
I also had an entirely new steering pump and box put on right before most of that.

Everything is pretty good after a great alignment, tracking well. It's a bit vague at times, but no death wobble. My ball joints are worn a bit, but nothing terrible and will be replaced sometime after Christmas.

I have a very loud squeak, but only when it's been raining and the components are wet. This isn't a light squeak, definitely a loud and metallic sounding squeak, which makes me think of springs.
I'm not sure what to check beyond grease fittings and looking for loose bolts, but nothing looks amiss.
Is this something common with the KORE springs, for those of you who have them?
Any ideas?

I'm running a new tire/wheel combo too; 18" XD Series Revolvers wrapped in 295/70-18E Nitto Terra Grapplers.

I would double check your track bar bolts, If they are not tight they will cluck and squeak, also lay under the truck well someone rocks it side to side and you may be able to see something moving

My KORE coil springs make that noise when it's wet too. No biggie. Insulators would quiet it down. I do not recall if the stockers did it.

I had the same issue and it was my track bar bolt on the pass side. One of certainly many possibilities. My Kore springs have not had the issue you describe.
