Front end parts needed 93

Looking for the best plase to get the
following: tie rods,steering arms,ball joints,and all the bushings to replace old worn out bushings in the front end.

Seems that everything has worn out,found during a wheel alighment. Trying to get a second opinion now. Have anyone else seen this problem 71k all highway?

By your use of the term "ball joints", I assume you have a 2wd truck. I'd try NAPA on a not busy day, look at the catalog with the counter person, get the right part numbers, and prices. Also check out the MOOG suspension and steering components, some are H. D. You can then cross over the NAPA parts number for number. I have a 92 4wd truck with 145 k miles, and installed H. D. 4" springs with poly bushings, borgeson steering rod, and double steering dampener shocks at 50 k miles. No trouble, shimmy, or wander ever. At 144 k, I replaced the upper king pin bushings, parts cost 29. 00. A tip - If you choose to go to the dealer, be careful. Make sure the parts on the screen are the right ones. They will also be the most expensive ones. I had to find the king pin bushing kit for the dealer guy, ON HIS COMPUTER PARTS LISTING. Hope this helps.

Be careful getting parts for the front end. In mine I replaced them at 100k miles, then every year for 3 years with NAPA, some brand from Bumper to Bumper and finally had MOOG put in. So far it has been 2 years (knock on wood) without any problems. Seems that MOOG makes a more heavy duty ball joint. Oh yeah, make sure that the shop knows that the top balls are threaded into the A arm not pressed. I found out the hard way (new A arms).
