2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Front end question

Okay maybe someone here can help me out, as i was under my truck the other day before taking it in for inspection looking for any burned out bulbs and unforseen trouble i noticed on the front end there are 2 links that come down and bolt to the front sway bar that goes across the front end of the truck, i feel silly but have no clue as to what these are called, there about 4-5 inches long and have a grey looking cap(rubber i think) on the out side sort of like a really small tie rod, there is one on the left and one on the right side, noticed at the pivot point the rubber cover is torn, any clue as to what these are and if so would anyone have a pic and possibly a clue as to what they cost, i believe i can replace them myself but just no idea as to what part they are.

I'd say they would be the say bar end links. they seem to be a weak link to the sway bar. I have replaced mine with a much beefier tie rod end and fabricated a bolt to tie it to the sway bar. I have tried to insert a picture, hope you can see it.





From DC it would be part # 52038665 and retails for $67. 60ea
