i just ordered:

left inner tie rod

left outer tie rod end

right inner tie rod

right outer tie rod

track bar

upper controll arm bushings

lower controll bushings

All for $225. They are the Spicer brand. $50 for shipping from Rockauto. I hope this was a good price. This truck has a few more years, but not enough to go with better stuff. Just need another 30k miles and she go's... . Ball joints are next!!!! Maybe. Cant get em to move, but i dont think ime checking em right..... Ray

Jack up the front end with the jack under the axle until the tire is maybe 1" off the ground. Place a large prybar under the tire and try to lift the tire while looking at the ball joints. They shouldn't move. If you go to replace them, I found it was easier to pull the knuckle (ball joints on early 2nd gens are pressed into the knuckle and bolted to the axle) and take it to an auto machine shop paying them to R&R the ball joint. It costs less to do it this way than buy a tool. Rock auto had the best price when I did mine.

Just my $0. 02
