Posted the other day about squeak in front end when turning. Dealer had it yesterday, dropped it the day before. Called at noon had not beemn looked at. Called at 1600hrs put on hold 10minutes to find it needed as I had told them Tuesday when making the app. it needs balljoints. They had to order them Pt#5015114AA, The also were to fix the rear output seal which they also did't have. I can't understand when they know these are common problems why they don't order the parts ahead of time. Now I have to go with out the truck another one to two days while they try and fix it. I have owned to Dodge trucks from two different dealers with equally poor service. If it weren't for this site they would still be figuring out what a liftpump was but that is another story or three trips to fix the clock spring on the airbag thanks for your help. Almost forgot Does anyone know if the above part#is the upper or lower joint? Hope the rest of them fail before August when the warranty is up. Have always owned Chevy trucks before and other than Bad paint which was replaced free of charge no recalls or mechanical repairs needed. This is getting long but does anyone know how to contact chrysler I sent them the survey and a letter about the dealers poor service and never got a reply.

So far I've had good service from the dealer I bought my truck from but I would definitely be looking for another service department if I felt the service was inadequate. Same thing applies to OEM parts, each dealership charges different prices so shop around before you buy.

Good Luck,

Bill
